Position Summary: The Executive Assistant will manage the end-to-end support of its Founder and Chief Executive Officer, and others as assigned.

Essential Functions:
  • Support the day-to-day needs of the CEO, and others as assigned, including calendar, email and contact management.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports.
  • Make complex domestic travel arrangements and prepare comprehensive itineraries for executive travel.
  • Execute and/or assist with events such as team meetings; coordinate details (including travel, meals, venues, and more).
  • Partner with key leaders on projects as needed (i.e. HR, Development, Marketing, and the Senior Leadership Team).
  • Deliver special projects upon request.
  • Anticipate needs of the CEO and step in to assist whenever possible.
  • Work closely with the CEO’s household staff to seamlessly integrate home and office.
Education and Experience Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience supporting C-Level executives in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Strong work ethic, resourcefulness, and motivation.
  • Excellent Project Management skills.
  • Consistent and reliable character.
  • Proven track record of working independently but also acting as a successful team player.
  • Ability to prioritize and anticipate needs; required a high degree of judgement.
  • Thrive in situations that require great attention to detail and managing high volumes of data.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information.
  • Advance Microsoft Office Skills (including Work, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook); Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop an Illustrator) a real plus.
  • Working knowledge of web-based applications.
  • Highly professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Must be able to multitask and manage projects through to completion with limited supervision and guidance.
  • Ability to think on your feet and quickly adapt to changing conditions and priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills within ambiguous situations; Trust your gut!
  • Ability to contribute new ideas and think of out of the box solutions to opportunities as they arise.
  • Comfort interacting with senior executives.
  • Tactful gatekeeping skills.
  • Ability to express ideas articulately and concisely in written and verbal communications.
