Projects for you might include:
  • Working closely with the customer success team during implementation to ensure that all aspects of the customer journey run smoothly and on schedule
  • Social Media & Community Management
  • Scheduling internal meetings
  • Organize meeting agenda
  • Take and distribute meeting minutes
  • Podcast production
  • Book podcast show guests
  • Promote brand on multiple channels
  • Uploading content
  • Partner outreach
  • Case Studies
  • Review Requests
  • Fill in level 1 support
  • Chat & Phone Support
  • Duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role or Other relevant work/educational experience
  • A proven track record in your ability to get things done.
  • A serious growth mindset. Personal development is built into your day, week, and year.
  • You can hold your own. You make decisions decisively and are able to take direct feedback.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like G-Suite, Excel (or Sheets), Asana, HubSpot, Basecamp or other project management tools, Zoom, etc.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
