Job description

Financial Advisor at successful financial advisory firm seeks a motivated, resourceful individual to support a growing financial services team focused on financial planning and investment advisory services. The Executive Assistant would also be responsible for supporting the Advisor in managing his portfolio of rental properties.

Primary Duties:

• Monitor multiple email inboxes
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars
• Maintain rental property listings on various platforms
• Prepare, send, and track rental documents using DocuSign
• Create & maintain electronic and paper file systems
• Assist Financial Advisor in preparing for client meetings
• Basic client account servicing
• Client database organization and data maintenance
• Plan and execute various marketing tasks including various financial advisory client touch points

Important Skills:

• Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills
• Experienced with DocuSign and Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Strong Organizational skills, Problem-solving and Multi-tasking skills, and Attention to Detail

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
