CACI is seeking a self-motivated professional in an Executive Assistant role supporting the NAVSEA Industrial Operations Directorate Transformation (SEA04T). This role entails providing administrative and technical support to senior government executives. The successful candidate will be able to effectively interface with military flag level and senior government leaders, government staff, CACI team members and sub-contractors and act quickly in response to requests. This position requires daily, onsite presence at the Washington Navy Yard in Washington, D.C.


What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Provides a full range of executive assistance to the SEA 04T Director, division leads and works seamlessly with the NAVSEA administrative team.

  • Engages proactively with customer to identify daily priorities, schedule meetings, manage calendars, and prepare for executive level meetings.

  • You will gather and synthesize information from a variety of sources to prepare communications, including weekly leadership reports, correspondence, memoranda, and briefing materials.

  • Schedule and participate in meetings, capture meeting summaries, and action items.

  • Support task coordination and tracking using the Enterprise Task Management System-2 (ETMS-2) and the SEA04T Project Action Tracker.

  • Coordinate planning, execution and close-out actions for routine meetings, cross-functional off-site meetings, teleconferences, and Strategic Planning Sessions.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including transportation, meetings, and lodging as needed.

  • Maintain and update contact lists, and the filing system.

  • Ensure an efficient back-up system is in place.

  • Provides support to all other members of the team.


You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Active DoD security clearance.

  • University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of related work experience.

  • Knowledge and skills sufficient to perform a wide range of administrative support responsibilities, and duties as necessary to assist team members and client.

  • Exercise good judgment and discretion handling sensitive information.

  • Adapts quickly to shifting priorities, and willingness to learn.

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously and complete taskings with limited oversight and direction.

  • Critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers at all levels of the organization in a professional, effective manner.

  • Effective at selection, organization, and presentation of information in a concise and coherent manner.

  • Proficiency using and collaborating with office tools including SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

  • Experience with ETMS-2, DON Tracker or other task coordination applications.


These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge or experience with naval or shipyard environment and prior military or government experience.

  • Naval shipyard project management training and experience.

  • Training, experience, and/or certification in project management, business administration or other relevant training.

  • Familiarity with the DoD Enterprise Task Management System-2 (ETMS-2)
