Adam Jeselnick Architect, a full service, community-based architectural firm located in Carmel-by-the-Sea, California is seeking an executive assistant to join our office. Current projects include private residences, both new construction and major remodels, small retail and restaurant businesses, and public planning initiatives. We are interested in reviewing qualified applicants for an executive assistant who will be responsible for assisting with: administrative, accounting, and marketing functions in the company. This position will be tasked with permit tracking and processing, maintaining the office calendar and schedule for appointments, setting up monthly billing and tracking accounts receivable, and maintaining the firm’s online presence including social media, website updates, and other online firm profiles (Houzz, etc.).

Responsibilities include:

-Assist with fee proposal writing, client research, and due diligence for potential new projects

-Create and maintain office calendar for all client and consultant meetings, contractor site visits, phone calls, and other recurring appointments

-Create monthly billing reports, client invoices, and track reimbursable expenses

-Help manage online presence via social media accounts, create advertising for print marketing, and attend professional networking events and conferences

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
