EVS DIRECTOR Job Description

We are looking for a professional Director of Environmental Services (EVS) to coordinate, lead and oversee our organization’s EVS needs in relation to the implementation of our software and the onboarding of clients. Our EVS Director role requires a leadership professional who will help create, establish and ensure that clients receive a seamless experience when implementing our software within their EVS departments. Our EVS Director will review various client EVS guidelines and requirements and use basic operational practices to promote optimal implementation. Their skills and experience will allow them to make smart assessments about the process and implement strategies and initiatives to boost the overall experience of software implementation.

Functions and Duties:

• Leading a multidepartment EVS initiative
• Observing, reviewing and streamlining processes to ensure client satisfaction
• Identifying shortfalls in EVS requirements and adjusting necessary processes
• Establishing a positive connection between clients and the company

Requirements and Qualifications

• Four-year College Degree
• 7 years of experience in EVS
• Strong leadership qualities to guide and consult with multiple teams and departments
• Critical thinking and problem-solving to identify ssues and create solutions
• Extensive knowledge of environmental health and safety practices
• Analytical reasoning to collect and understand complex scientific data about the environment and clients
• Good communication to consult with leaders, clients and other stakeholders as well as to draft various reports

Working Days:  Monday to Friday with additional flexible hours (evenings or weekends)

Shift Duration: 8-hour shifts with possible overtime

Time Range:  Between 9:00am and 6:00pm

Job Types: Full-time.

Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000
