Events Assistant

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Events Assistant to assist with planning and management of multiple company-wide events each year. This position will work directly with our Events Director at our corporate office in Franklin, TN.

Required Qualifications

• Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office 365 suite (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
• Detail oriented mindset, ability to proof read documents and art material
• Good communication skills, both in-person and over the phone
• Ability to work and collaborate in a team setting
• Ability to assist in event planning and setup at large conference venues
• Updated passport / ability to obtain one
• Ability to work in-office Monday - Friday

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Digital Marketing tools and practices
• Experience with travel booking and negotiations
• Bachelors in Communications, or another applicable field
