The Position:

Event Bartender, at Fireside Catering at Fruitland's Museum Are you looking for a fantastic extra income opportunity, working at some of the most beautiful, historic venues? If so, then we have the perfect, part-time event bartending position for you. You will be responsible for providing high-quality service to guests at events such as weddings, corporate events, and social gatherings. The Event Bartender will be responsible for ensuring that guests are served drinks in a timely, safe and efficient manner. Our employees love the part-time, flexible schedule in a fun and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve drinks, including but not limited to, pouring beer and wine, mixing cocktails, and garnishing drink
• Check IDs and uphold all alcohol service policies. Make sure all guests are served safely and responsibly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including cleaning glasses, wiping down surfaces, and restocking supplies
• Execute opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down the bar area
• Respond to guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
• Work as a team with bartenders, servers, and other staff to provide excellent customer service
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and guidelines, including proper handling and storage of alcoholic beverages

Requirements:

• Weekend availability
• Prior bartending experience required
• Tips Certified preferred - training class provided, if needed.
• Exude a high level of hospitality to our guests – smile and have fun!
• Must be able stand for extended periods of time and lift 30 lbs
