A&I Transport, Inc., a family-owned business in Watsonville, California with over 30 years in business is currently looking for an ambitious, experienced, and organized day and evening dispatcher; possessing good customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. All candidates will possess the following skills, abilities, and experience:

• Minimum one-year Dispatching experience.
• Bilingual, fluent in Spanish required.
• Ability to work flexible schedule 40-60 hours per week, including weekends and evenings.
• Ability to learn our company’s services.
• Dispatch company trucks and coordinate daily schedules for drivers.
• Maintain and update delivery schedules.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, organized, responsible, dependable team player, and punctual.
• Proficient in essential computer and basic math skills. i.e., word, excel, power point etc.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Perform other duties as required by General Manager.
