At Chick-fil-A Copley Square we are looking to continue to thicken our leadership team. We are in search of individuals able to assist in development of our team and managing our day to day operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn how to build and manage a team, lead a culture trending in a positive direction, and show care to the City of Boston!

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Learning and understanding day to day operations in the Front of House.
  • Employing our "Winning Hearts Every Day" business strategy.
  • Being held responsible for cashier tills and settlements.
  • Holding Team Members accountable to policies and procedures.
  • Ability to develop and implement systems to simplify daily operations.
  • Identification, Coaching, and Development of potential young leaders within the business.
