Ethos Behavioral Health Group is seeking an Executive Director for its Ethos Wellness - Westlake location.

Ethos Wellness - Westlake is part of Ethos Behavioral Health Group. EBHG, a family of integrated healing centers, offers specialized and personalized mental health care for anything ranging from substance use disorders to mood and personality disorders via inpatient care at The Prairie Recovery Center and outpatient care through multiple Ethos Wellness locations in Texas and Illinois.

Executive Director Position Summary:

The Executive Director is responsible for overseeing all operations at Ethos Wellness - Westlake. The Executive Director reports directly to the CEO and the Ethos Managing Directors.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5PM.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Overseeing all operations at location
• Managing all location employees and contractors
• Hiring of locational employees and contractors
  
• Managing location KPIs including budgets and finances
• Running regular reports to the CEO and managing directors
• Acting as liaison between EBHG business and client services and attending meetings as scheduled
• Facilitating locational leadership, all-team and individual staff meetings
• Supporting program directors at location
• Assisting client services and locational program directors in clinical staffing decisions
• Assisting with the integration and implementation of organizational clinical programs
• Ensuring high level client care, proper record keeping, and compliance with licensure and accreditation standards
• Collaborating with CEO and managing directors and their locational team to execute the current organizational initiatives
• Implementing the mission, embracing the vision, and upholding the values
• Demonstrating leadership abilities, with an ability to communicate with persons from all educational and cultural backgrounds
• Demonstrating tact, initiative, resourcefulness, a professional manner, enthusiasm, and a non-judgmental attitude

Job Requirements

Education: Master's degree required

Clinical certification (LMSW, LCSW, or LPC) strongly preferred

Experience: 5 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role.
