Blue Yonder Job Title: Manager, Ethics & Compliance
Location: Remote (North America)
Overview
Blue Yonder is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Ethics and Compliance Manager to join our collaborative and high functioning Legal team. The Ethics and Compliance Manager supports the development and implementation of the company's ethics and compliance program, ensuring the organization is operating in a manner that is consistent with legal, regulatory and ethical standards.
Scope
Reporting to the VP, Deputy General Counsel Ethics & Compliance, this generalist role will touch all elements of Blue Yonder’s global Ethics & Compliance Program. The Manager will lead compliance related projects, document and update policies, procedures, and SOPs, manage compliance training, systems and tools, compile data and run analytics, assist with third-party and conflict of interest due diligence, conduct internal assessments, and generally provide guidance to associates and stakeholders on ethics and compliance issues.
What you’ll do
- Oversee Blue Yonder’s strategy on policy management, ensuring timely updates to Company policies and related procedures.
- Lead/support Code of Conduct investigations as appropriate.
- Manage the administration of the Company’s compliance technology platforms, including preparing user guides and performing analytics to make recommendations on process and training improvements to mitigate risk.
- Develop and manage compliance related reporting demonstrating the health of the compliance management program for internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare materials for periodic ethics & compliance reporting to senior management and the board of directors.
- Assist with the design, maintenance and delivery of ethics & compliance training and guidance materials.
- Assist with Blue Yonder’s compliance communication strategy and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to build the Blue Yonder compliance brand.
- Conduct or participate in internal reviews (including risk assessments) and audits.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective conflict of interest, anti-corruption, anti-bribery and anti-money laundering programs.
- Additional Responsibilities as assigned.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree required; JD or CCEP (or equivalent certification) preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in ethics and compliance, or 3+ years with a JD.
- Experience with internal investigations; conflicts of interest; bribery & anti-corruption; third -party risk management.
- Demonstrated experience regarding compliance training and awareness activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high degree of ethics, integrity, and professionalism.
- Strong writing, editing, and analytical skills.

The salary range for the position is: $102,250.00 USD - $128,950.00
The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
