The ERP and Supply Chain System Analyst is responsible for the support of Southern Tide’s ERP and supply chain systems, including system(s) planning, integration, and functionality expertise. Incumbent works closely with the entire ERP user pool, inventory planning, finance, and supply chain organizations to support existing functionality and to develop and drive business initiatives related to systems, and with the IT support team on ERP issue resolution.

Crew Position:
Support ERP and supply chain systems, including ERP, EDI, etc.
Develop strong expertise in software and systems and manage testing and release activities.
Assist with managing the ERP process administration, including procedural troubleshooting, report processing, education, and documentation on all modules.
Assist in ERP user training for new hires and on new functionality for existing users.
Collaborate on cross-channel business initiatives as they relate to ERP and supply chain systems.
Analyze business requirements and collaborate with users and IT team to understand needs, scope, and risk.
Support the implementation of software related developments related to the company’s ERP system, Exenta, including summarizing the requirements and partnering with 3rd party system developers to design, develop, test, and deliver the required system upgrades. Manage software partners regarding deliverables, product roadmaps, and Prioritize issue/bug resolution.
Work closely with vendor reps/tech support to detect, diagnose, and remediate production system issues.
Participates in projects to gather user requirements, design, configure, test and implement ERP systems applications integration.
Lead EDI integration for new customers and support all EDI issues.
Monitor EDI VAN data feed and correct issues for active merchant steams.
Coordinate the eCommerce order exception process between the website, distribution center and ERP systems.
Manage department store order releases.
Verify inventory issuance and resolve discrepancies related to bulk and custom printed products.
Supports the inventory process for consignment customer and management of off-price customer process.
Supports the importing of large volume swap returns for signature stores.
Works with internal distribution center to ensure that end of day inventory is in balance to reduce the number of reported outages.
Oversees receiving and invoicing of non-EDI custom tees orders.

Know the ropes…

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or equivalent experience
Generally, 4+ years’ experience with ERP, preferably with Simparel/Exenta
Generally, 4+ years’ experience overseeing multiple projects
Strong experience using and/or managing ERP and supply chain systems.
