As a Member of the Blake’s Lotaburger Facilities team, the Equipment Technician will provide a variety of repairs to grills, fryers, shake machines, ice machines, and other restaurant small equipment, general repairs, plumbing repairs (minor). Position will work with commercial restaurant equipment.

As a Member of the Blake’s Lotaburger Facilities team, the Equipment Technician will provide a variety of repairs to grills, fryers, shake machines, ice machines, and other restaurant small equipment, general repairs, plumbing repairs (minor). Position will work with commercial restaurant equipment.
Requirement:
- General Repairs experience with some Voltage needed
- Diagnoses problems and failures to Small and Large Restaurant equipment.
- Fabricates equipment for the purpose of meeting specialty needs for the store
- Follows all company policies.
- Replace compressors, condensers, valves and coils on Upright units
- Performs Routine and Preventive maintenance on all Restaurant equipment.
- Completed work orders for purpose of providing information for making decisions to stores
- Follows all Safety requirements of company SOP’s

- 40 hours plus weeks
- Weekend work if needed
- On Call programs: Responds to emergency situations during or after hours for the purpose of resolving concerns at store levels
- Work on a ladder
- Roof Requirements
- Lifting (Approximately 75 lbs.)
- Bending and stooping
- Extended periods of activity
- Regular exposure to weather conditions
- Operation of company Motor vehicles
- Operation of Power equipment, Power tools and hand Tools
