The Bloom Energy Production team is seeking a highly motivated Maintenance Supervisor. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the Maintenance Technicians repairing machines, conducting preventative maintenance, creating and tracking all Maintenance systems. The Maintenance systems include spares tracking, downtime reporting of machines and preventive maintenance tracking. The Maintenance Supervisor will also be part of an interdisciplinary team focused on overall improvements of our production equipment. This position is based in Sunnyvale & Fremont, CA
Role & Responsibilities:
The Maintenance Supervisor will lead a team of technicians that have the following responsibilities:
- Perform corrective and preventative maintenance on existing equipment
- Maintain database for upgrade and repair of all production equipment
- Ensure equipment uptime by keeping adequate spare parts inventories
· Maintain spare parts tracking system
· Creation of technical documents and procedures.
- Pareto issues with tool sets and identify key failure modes
· Manage day to day work of the Maintenance Technicians
· Assist in the installation and upgrades of production equipment
· Generate weekly reports on key Maintenance performance metrics
· Ownership of downed equipment and maintain close communication with Production and Engineering personnel
Education & Experience:
§ A.A. in Engineering or relevant experience. +5 yrs experience managing teams of technicians
§ Experience with manufacturing equipment
§ Experience with equipment maintenance
§ Demonstrated ability to debug mechanical, electrical, automation, robotic and chemical problems
§ Experience with CMMS & problem tracking
§ Proven ability to successfully manage a multiple of projects and meet deliverable deadlines amidst changing requirements, deadlines and priorities
§ Strong self-starter and team player with a can do attitude
§ Strong drive for results and continuous improvement
§ Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $82,000.00 - $99,000.00 per year
