Responsibilities:
- Responsible for establishing an effectivity date per Engineering Order (EO), implementing the EO into production and communicating the effectivity date to all necessary departments.
- Lead weekly DV update meeting with Program Managers and AME team.
- Coordinate DV and MCS builds with plant Engineering, Production and Planning team.
- Track special demand tied to the plant.
- Determine impact of projects on plant capacity.
- Determine effectivity date based on feedback from the Product Engineering team, Manufacturing and Service in regard to priority and longest lead-time of any activity required to implementing this change.
- Coordinate all activities associated with the EO until ownership is transferred to Production Control at a unit level and or Purchase Planners.
- Determine inventory balance on items being changed per the EO and disposition inventory.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years related experience
- Associates degree in Operations Management, Inventory Control or equivalent
- Good organizational, computer communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Preferred inventory control and project coordination experience.
