Overview: Responsible for the general upkeep of the community by cleaning and preparing areas for residents and guests.

Essential Job Duties:

• Dust mopping and damp mopping floors,
• Vacuum carpet areas
• Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms including sinks, tubs and commodes.
• Collect trash in all areas of the facility.
• Complete project work including but not limited to stripping and refinishing, carpet shampooing, wall washing, window cleaning, pressure cleaning, car washing, etc.

Qualifications:

• Prior environmental services experience preferred.
• Previous experience in floor care preferred.

Location: Just south of Miami, East Ridge is on 76 acres inside the city of Cutler Bay. We’re minutes from Palmetto Bay Golf Course, Matheson Hammock, Southland Mall, Zoo Miami, The Falls and so much more. A weekend getaway to the Keys is a sunny drive south on U.S. 1; Miami International Airport is about 30 minutes north.
