Entry-Level B2B Sales Representative (Recruitment Company)

Position Overview: We are seeking an ambitious and self-motivated individual to join our team as an Entry-Level B2B Sales Representative for our recruitment company. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales growth within the business-to-business (B2B) market. Your primary focus will be on selling our recruitment services to corporate clients, helping them find top talent and meet their staffing needs. Responsibilities:

Business Development: Proactively identify and research potential corporate clients in the target market. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other effective sales strategies.

Consultative Selling: Understand the recruitment needs and challenges of corporate clients. Conduct in-depth consultations to demonstrate how our services can address their staffing requirements and provide value to their organization.

Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients, establishing trust and rapport. Maintain regular communication to understand their evolving needs and provide ongoing support.

Solution Presentations: Deliver compelling and persuasive presentations and demonstrations of our recruitment services to corporate clients, highlighting the benefits and unique selling points.

Proposal Development: Prepare customized proposals and quotes based on the client's requirements. Collaborate with the internal team to develop comprehensive and competitive proposals.

Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and pricing with clients, aiming to achieve win-win agreements. Close sales deals and ensure proper contract documentation and compliance.

Account Management: Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our services.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands within the recruitment industry. Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.

Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports. Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance metrics to the sales manager.

Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to align sales efforts with candidate sourcing strategies. Provide valuable feedback to the team regarding market demands and client preferences.

Qualifications:

Education: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Sales Drive: Strong passion for sales and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present solutions, negotiate terms, and build relationships with clients.
