IMMEDIATE OPENING FOR INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVES/PROJECT IDENTIFIER (ISR/PI)

LOCATION: Norwich, New York Office

Position Summary

As an Inside Sales Representative/Project Identifier (ISR/PI) you are a highly motivated individual that works cooperatively in a team environment and contributes to the growth and success of our clients and company. You are articulate and courteous and can communicate effectively over the phone and via teleconference. You will work within a team focused on regional and overall company goals. Your primary goal will be to collect information from perspective clients while identifying sales opportunities for the sales team.

ISR/PI is not responsible for direct selling, quoting or presenting products. Your primary function is to call prospects, collect information, qualify them as an opportunity, and offer them an appointment with representatives of our sales team.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Sales

  • Prospecting and qualifying leads and opportunities with existing prospect database
  • Disciplined and strategic approach through daily phone calling
  • Enter all prospect and client data into company CRM solution
  • Deliver leads and opportunities to the sales team via email
  • Comprehensive product knowledge

Skills/qualifications:

  • Relevant work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing of 1-3 years of phone sales experience.
  • Proficiency in relevant computer applications: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM - HubSpot, Odoo
  • Effortlessly handled high volume of both inbound and outbound calls.
  • Ability to work independently in an office environment

Compensation

Base (bi-monthly) + Commission (monthly)
