xStellar is seeking an experienced workforce coordinators to help adults with disabilities, veterans and other find and keep meaningful jobs throughout the country. Candidates must demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to work well with individuals experiencing various difficulties.

THIS IS A 100% WORK FROM HOME REMOTE POSITION

Responsibilities

• Conduct career counseling assessment reviews and guidance via phone, in person and web.
• Mentor and job coach new hires
• Resume training, review and support
• Interview, training, and coaching
• Help ensure local program runs smoothly and customers (companies) are satisfied.

Qualifications

• Must have call center or telemarketing experience.
• MS Office including MS Word and MS Outlook
• Must have own computer
• Ability to work independently
• Must be disciplined, motivated, energetic self-starter with a positive attitude
• High level of professionalism
• Prioritizes and plans work activities, use time efficient

Nice to Have

• Human Resources, Vocational Rehabilitation, or recruiting experience

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
