We are searching for a passionate and self-motivated Entry Level Community Outreach Representative to join our Outreach team. The primary responsibilities of the Entry Level Community Outreach Representative will be to develop strategic alliances and assist the sales team in implementing field outreach campaigns to create attention, interest, and money for this specific program. The Community Outreach Representative will work directly with the sales team to plan, execute, and communicate with the community.

Entry-Level Community Outreach Representative Responsibilities:

• Design, plan, and execute field outreach initiatives to improve brand awareness, client satisfaction, and sales in collaboration with the Sales and Community Outreach Coordinator team.
• Work closely with Management to create, maintain, and expand relationships with key business leaders, clients, and community-based organizations to ensure that all activities are aimed on boosting customer enrollments.
• You can assist the sales team in meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual growth and enrollment objectives by organizing outreach initiatives.
• Answer to product and service-related questions, inquiries, and concerns.
• When requested, provide Management with daily reports on the outreach campaign and customer enrollment.
• Continuous program understanding, community engagement, sales, and compliance training are all required.

Entry Level Requirements for Community Outreach Representative

• 1-2 years of sales, customer service, or community service experience
• Excellent presentation, communication, and public speaking skills
• The ability to manage confidential information
• Capability to develop teams and encourage employees while working under pressure and handling several projects in a fast-paced environment.
