We are seeking a candidate for an entry level claim support specialist!

We are located in Scottsdale at Loop 101 and Via De Ventura, seeking in-office team members for our growing team! Compel USA focused on disruption and innovation in the area of insurtech. We provide customized solutions to eliminate unnecessary workers compensation costs using proprietary tools. We are hiring for several positions where the tasks vary and can include:

· Responsibility for assisting several risk managers with their claim inventory

· Making phone calls to medical providers to secure work statuses and treatment plans

· Communicating medical status updates to employers

· Accurately recording information obtained in our internal platform

· Completing various tasks on claims as assigned by Risk Managers

Skills required:

· Attention to detail

· Persistence

· Enthusiasm for learning new skills and tasks

· Comfort with being on the phone for a majority of your workday

· Excellent Customer Service and communication

· Ability to multitask and work at a fast pace with minimal supervision

This position requires in-office work daily for the first 90 days at our office in Scottsdale; after this initial training period, we offer the opportunity to potentially work from home 1-2 days per week.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $34,500.00 - $40,000.00 per year
