The Opportunity:
We are seeking an associate attorney to assist with all aspects of workers compensation, social security disability and personal injury litigation. This is an excellent opportunity for a new or junior attorney who is committed to their development as a lawyer to work with an established and highly regarded Claiamt's workers compensation law firm. You would receive training, support, and mentorship.

In this position, we would count on you to:

-Conduct in person and telephonic intake interviews in the areas of workers compensation, social security disability, and personal injury

-Attend and represent clients at informal, pre-formal and formal workers compensation hearings across the State

-Attend and repesent clients at in person and telephonic Social Security Disability Hearings

- Conduct written discovery;
- Take and defend depositions;
- Prepare and argue motions;
- Conduct legal research and writing, as needed
- Have a willingness to teach and to learn;

and
- Have an interest in expanding your legal skillset by learning from some of the top injury lawyers in the United States

Who we seek:
- An attorney or soon to be law graduate with 0-2 years of experience and a strong interest in litigation or injury law.
excellence both in and outside of the courtroom (some consideration will be given to
the training of qualified applicants with general litigation experience);
- A team player who is comfortable working independently but is seeking professional
guidance and mentorship; and
- A humbly confident leader with excellent judgment and exceptional interpersonal
skills.

Candidates must have a JD from an accredited law school and be currently licensed to
practice law in Connecticut or to have attained both by December 1, 2023. . Must be comfortable with computers and with learning new technology.

Pay: From $73,500.00 per year (upon) bar admission)
