Description and Requirements

As the Enterprise Sales Director, Lead for TELUS International AI Data Solutions your goal is to meet and exceed our revenue growth objectives by effectively managing a team of sales professionals who generate business from new logos. The target customers are companies larger than $1 Billion in revenue within an assigned geographic territory.

You will do this by:
  • Managing the entire sales process including lead generation, qualification, discovery, solution development / presentation, negotiation and close
  • Achieving prospecting goals by generating new leads and opportunities from personal activity (cold calling), trade shows, internal & external conferences, regional organizations, etc.
  • Achieving of subsequent revenue targets and other sales performance requirements
  • Qualifying / closing leads (MQLs) sourced by marketing
  • Maintaining a pipeline of active opportunities
  • Managing opportunities to closure
  • Developing a deep understanding of your prospects business goals, competition, growth plans and obstacles
  • Positioning all AI solutions & services with help from product specialists
  • Communicating strategic information such as market intelligence, key customer data, competitive analysis and pricing information to internal constituencies
  • Advocating for your client and be customer focused
  • Acting as liaison between operations and clients
  • Providing strategic & tactical leadership internally and externally throughout the sales process for all opportunities
  • Accurately reporting on forecast / pipeline
  • Supporting the preparation of all proposals and client quotations.
  • Accurately capturing and reporting all aspects of account and opportunity information within a sales force automation (SFA) application
  • Supporting and ensuring that any, and all reporting requirements are completed and submitted in the timeframe specified by client

Required Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience selling technology services at an enterprise level
  • Experience managing complex enterprise sales from onboarding to maturity
  • Experience leading a sales team
  • Strong negotiation, presentation and leadership skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working within Global AI Services, Software as a Service (SaaS), Workforce Solutions, Crowdsourcing Services/Solutions, and/or “Human in the Loop”

Travel Required:
  • Up to 25% annually within North America

Compensation:

The base compensation range for this position is $152,000 - 190,000 USD commensurate with experience. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable laws.
