This position begins on January 3, 2023 and could run through early to mid-March, 2023.. Collaborate with all faculty members, including but not limited to, building principal, department leader, special educators, instructional coaches, paraprofessionals, and other support personnel.. Assess students regularly and refine and differentiate classroom instruction based on assessment data and student needs.. Deliver instruction to a variety of students enrolled in ELA courses, grades 6-8.. Develop and implement differentiated lesson plans, classroom activities, and assessments aligned with Massachusetts ELA Curriculum Frameworks.. Provide timely and effective feedback to students.. Employ effective 1:1 classroom technology strategies.. Communicate regularly with students and involve families as partners in learning.. Possess strong classroom management skills.. Efficiently administer the MCAS assessments in compliance with state and district mandates.. Maintain consistent communication and interpersonal skills with both students and staff. . Demonstrate a strong work ethic, enthusiasm, positive attitude, and sincere interest in supporting the achievement of all students.
