Job Summary:
To assist in the operation and monitoring of building automated systems, fire alarm systems, elevator monitoring, telephone and radio systems.
Education & Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Knowledge of energy management. Skill in the use of personal computers and related software applications, basic supervisory skills. Interpersonal skills to interact with employees. Verbal and written communication skills. Ability to monitor applicable systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists in the operation of the building automated system.
- Monitors the energy management computer system and reports any equipment failures and/or malfunctions.
- Monitors the fire alarm computer system to assure proper notification of fire response personnel
- Coordinates maintenance requests as directed with relevant personnel.
- Prepares logs reports and records
- Performs the entry of parameters to designated areas of the building automated system as directed
