We are currently seeking a Emerging Alliance (Google Cloud & Celonis), Sr. Director - Remote in US to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

Senior Director, Emerging Alliances:

This role will set the strategy, business plan and ongoing management of our relationship with emerging partners like Google Cloud and Celonis. The Alliance Senior Director is responsible for working with Sales, pipeline, net new lead generation, certifications, leveraging of investments that are available through partner programs, joint solution development and contractual commitments with the partners. This role is US focused.

Role:

• Own and manage overall NTT DATA GCP, Celonis & other Emerging Alliances partner strategy, business plan, and execution
• Foster and maintain senior executive relationships between NTT DATA and each Alliance(separately); required for top-down support of the partnership
• Develop strategic relationships between each Alliance(separately) and NTT DATA sales teams, marketing, digital practices, portfolio owners, and delivery organizations to move forward the goals of the partnership
• Enable and own pipeline and TCV growth for each Alliance(separately) partnership in collaboration with each Alliances practice leadership
• Guide Digital Sales Executive leadership to field execution with each Alliance(separately), with an emphasis on net new leads
• Ensure certification targets required for partnership and practice success are met within NTT DATA
• Maximize each Alliance (separately) partner funding and related incentives
• Solidify industry focus and required joint solutions, in alignment with practice and digital offerings organization
• Facilitate strategy and coverage (in collaboration with Partner Marketing) for large GCP, Celonis or other Emerging Alliance events
• Manage required contractual commitments with each Alliance (separately) in line with partnership agreements
• Ensure operational components of the partnership are met; establish process and oversight of logging deals in partner's portal to ensure available funding is unlocked and program metrics are met
• Align partnership activities across broader NTT DATA organization, ensuring alignment across North America, EMEA and Japan organizations
• Be an active thought leader within broader alliances organization, taking on change projects that will allow all alliances to thrive

Qualifications:

• Experienced alliance executive with minimum of 10+ years in alliance/partner management; direct experience in managing GCP, Celonis or other cloud partnerships preferred
• Thorough understanding of all GCP & Celonis partner programs and processes
• Experience enabling GCP & Celonis (separately) partner strategy with sales, digital practices, industry business units, and offering teams
• Skilled program manager
• Experience navigating and engaging multiple, matrixed teams in a large enterprise organization; international work experience preferred
• Experience with sales or alliance operational software platforms (e.g. GCP, Celonis a plus)
• GCP Advanced Certifications a plus; Celonis certification a plus, cloud certification(s) a plus
• Ability to travel approximately 25% (align with NTT's post-COVID travel guidance)
• Bachelor's degree

Basic Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years in alliance/partner management; direct experience in managing GCP, Celonis or other cloud partnerships
• 5+ years experience enabling GCP & Celonis (separately) partner strategy with sales, digital practices, industry business units, and offering teams
