WHO WE NEED:

What you can expect to do:

  • Facilitate next level customer experience
  • Manage a high call volume and multi-line phone system
  • Handle all phone inquiries, transferring calls to appropriate party
  • Stand to greet clients and their pets
  • Keep reception desk tidy and the refreshment center fully stocked
  • Enter client information into company software
  • Understand veterinary medical terminology and abbreviations
  • Handle all forms of payments and account management
  • Partner with clinical team in capturing customer surveys and feedback
  • Control emotional situations through your own body language and behavior

What we will need from you:

  • Prior experience with animals in a veterinary environment is a major plus!
  • Must have 2+ years working in high level customer experience
  • Maintain positive attitude and work well under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, active listener, empathetic
  • Strong desire to help others, people oriented
  • Solution-oriented with a high attention to detail
  • Strong technical skills - (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Google Suite)
  • The ability to learn veterinary software programs
  • Flexible and available to work nights, weekends and holiday shifts
