Christian Community Credit Union (CCCU) is seeking a full-time Electronic Services Representative / Banking to train in the San Dimas, CA office, then work locally remote.

The Electronic Services Representative / Banking position earns a competitive wage of $20 to $22/hour, based on experience. As the Electronic Services Representative, you are responsible for processing all domestic and international wire requests received in person and from internal departments, in accordance with Regulation E, Regulation J and OFAC regulations through Fiserv WireXchange and Western Union Global Pay platforms. With your PC knowledge and experience, you ensure all wires are approved through Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) detection software and any possible matches are addressed. Using an aptitude for detail work, you ensure wires contain correct route transit identifiers and destination information utilizing the Federal Reserve. With your analytical and interpretive skills for problem solving, you assist both internal and external members to ensure wires are transmitted properly and in accordance with the service standards. Using strong organization, communication, and time management skills, you correspond by phone or through secure email to support all wire inquiries received through Online and Mobile Banking, assist with wire fraud anomaly detection, and assist with wire callbacks.

The ideal candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent, a minimum two years of PC knowledge and experience, minimum two years of wire processing experience, minimum two years of operations experience, and knowledge of word processing and spreadsheets. Experience with MS Word & Excel is preferred. The Electronic Services Representative must be available to train in the San Dimas office, then work locally remote Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:30pm (flexible 40 hours per week work schedule).
