Position Summary

The Electronic Health Records Support Specialist supports end users with the EHR, including the Practice Management (PM) and EHR applications through training, routine troubleshooting, and support with product features. The EHR Specialist facilitates support requests, educates staff on the optimal use of health record systems and consults with users to determine AdvancedMD software or system functionality.

Required Qualifications:

• Associate Degree plus one year of related experience in Health IT, EHR support OR a combination of relevant education and professional experience
• Microsoft Power BI experience
• API/FHIR Knowledge
• SQL Experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
