Job Specific Responsibilities
  • Responsible for setup and customer support of Online Banking, Bill Pay, Mobile Banking, Mobile Deposits and Digital Wallet (Apple Pay, Samsung Pay)
  • Responsible for setup and customer support of Remote Deposit Capture.
  • Responsible for setup and customer support of Cash Management (ACH Origination, Wires, Positive Pay)
  • Scan and index Cash Management and Remote Deposit Agreements.
  • Monitor and respond to branch inquires, research and requests utilizing NuPoint CRM
  • Responsible for issuing, supporting and maintaining debit cards
  • Responsible for documenting, researching and solving ACH and/or debit card disputes
  • Monitor various daily reports for unusual activity
  • Work with various third-party vendors to update, assist and support internal and external customer inquires
  • Review and process ACH Exception items including Death Notifications, Corrections and Returns
Education/Experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent, formal education and certification is preferred
  • 1 years of hands on experience in banking, plus a minimum of 5 years general Banking experience preferred.
  • Logical, organized and efficient, with keen attention to detail, with ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure; demonstrates flexibility and the ability to grow with and respond to a changing work environment.
  • Able to exercise appropriate independent judgment and take action on it.
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Computer literate with hands on experience in a windows-based system; moderately proficient in Microsoft integrated software, including, but not limited to Word and Excel.
Work Environment - The environment for this position is an open office that is mostly clean and comfortable. It may include some minor annoyances such as noise, odors, drafts, etc. The individual is in a non-confined office-type setting in which he or she is free to move about at will.

Physical/Cognitive Demands - This position requires the ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time in an office setting, advanced verbal and written communication skills including use of phone, computer, speaking, listening, and presenting, excellent organizational and time management skills, the ability to problem solve, negotiate, and persuade customers, intermediate math and analytical skills, and computer literacy. This position requires Saturday work availability with occasional evening work hours.
