Job Description (Service Technician)

Electrician that can represent our core values and perform service and install on all of our Plumbing & HVAC equipment. Individual will diversed and will work along side of HVAC and Plumbing Technicians

The Service technician is tasked with client satisfaction and efficient field execution on all service calls. Having overall responsibility for the success of the call from start to finish. We are looking to deliver the best service and we always strive for a 5-star service rating with all of our customers.

Core Responsibilities

· Work conjunctively with the service manager, dispatch, and other technicians to install, repair, and service electrical and HVAC equipment

Complete all calls efficiently, and educate customers

Input and document all data in detail into our service software

Clocking in and tracking time correctly and accurately

Order equipment and material

Oversee and perform multiple service calls at once

· Present accurate and timely cost impact pricing to owner for all changes, and get authorization to move forward

Collect payment on site through our service software

Assist customers on choosing a maintenance plan and or financing options

Maintain tidy truck with stocked inventory

· Arrive on time daily

Strive for 5 star rating on google on every service call

Demonstrate our core values daily

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Leadership Skills

· Strong written, verbal, analytical and interpersonal skills

Service Titan is a plus

OSHA Certified is a plus

Ability to pass background check and drug test

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
