The EHR Systems Manager plays a critical role in the management of client records for 2,000 individuals across multiple departments in multiple physical locations, utilizing the myEvolv Electronic Health Record (EHR) application.

Who You Are:
Background in behavioral healthcare/social services and good understanding of workflow and programs, or transferable skills from another industry requiring database documentation and detailed record tracking. You understand payment structures and billing practices. Familiar with myEvolv or other EHR applications or able to quickly learn to an expert level. Highly skilled at other applications (Excel, Word, SQL, Report Writing). Have or able to learn a thorough understanding of Behavioral Healthcare compliance standards. Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field, or commensurate experience. Masters in a Human Services field preferred.
What You Will Do:
This person is the primary liaison between providers and IT, working to develop and maintain an effective system for recording and reporting critical client services data. The ideal candidate will understand the intricacies of client care and have a keen mind for systems and problem solving. With training, this person will become Edinburg’s myEvolv “expert.”
