We’re delighted to be working with a wonderful VIP family who are seeking an experienced ROTA Nanny/Governess to join their family team. Someone with a true passion to educate, the curiosity to keep learning, and the desire to be an academic mentor to a incredibly bright little personality.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting in daily care, support, education, and activities of 16- old child

• Supporting cognitive, emotional, and conscious behavioral development.

• Miscellaneous related tasks as required and requested by the family/team members

• Organizing classroom, closets/drawers, ordering/purchasing, administrative functions, preparation for curriculum

Requirements:

• Experience working with infants, toddlers, and young children in an educational setting

• A sound understanding of early developmental milestones (motor, sensory, communication)

• Willingness and passion to continue training, deepen professional development, and/or learn new educational modalities

• Flexible, dedicated personality with a gentle and kind heart, and positive energy (someone who can fit seamlessly into the family and team dynamic)

• Current First Aid/CPR Certified (prior to hire)

• Strong command of English language; excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Self-directed, comfortable working individually and as part of a larger team

• Able and willing to travel domestically and internationally

• Valid Driver’s License

• Currently resides in OR willing to relocate to Palm Beach, Florida.

The ideal Nanny/Governess is someone who has a specialty in classic arts, music, math, and/or languages. A bonus would be if you’re trained and/or certified in:

• Waldorf/Rudolf Steiner Education,

• Norland Qualified Nanny,
• N.N.E.B.
• Reggio Emilia,

• and/or Montessori,

• A degree in ECE with previous teaching experience in Pre K or Kindergarten and curriculum development is strongly desired.

Salary, Benefits and structure:

• Rotational role, working with co-educator

• Thursday to Sunday (4 days on, 3 days off) ** NOTE ** this could change in future once the team is fully settled

• Working s 10am – 8pm

• Live-out (open to assisting the right candidate with relocation, to an extent)

• Annual of up to $130k (flexible depending on fit, experience, and education)
