POSITION: Full Time Educational Associate for Behavior Program
BENEFITS: Individual medical and dental benefits are provided by the District.
STARTING WAGE: $15.01 per hour
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday- Friday 7:30AM - 3:30PM
Job will remain open until filled.
The Newton Community School District has an opening for a Full Time Educational Associate for the Behavior Program at Berg Middle School.
This position will be responsible to support the 5-8 behavior program, individual student behavior plans and provide intervention as needed.
Requirements:
Training in behavior management and crisis management is preferred, but not necessary.
Experience working with behavior students in a structured situation is highly desired.
Must be able to communicate effectively with all stakeholders and have the ability to work calmly and effectively in challenging situations
