The Selected Software Engineer will:

• analyzing performance and squashing tricky bugs using tools like Datadog, Alert Logic, and AWS.

The Successful Software Engineer has:

• Technical fluency in Java, with more than 5 years using Java professionally.
• BS or MS in Computer Science or related field of study.
• Experience using Spring and/or Spring Boot required.
• Experience working in React, React Native, and/or Nodejs highly preferred.
• Gritty (professional) technical experience in software development for at least 5 years or more.
• Problem Solving mindset to tackle challenges when they arise and use robust coding techniques to resolve issues.
• Ability to properly communicate effectively in a team setting while working remotely or in the office.
• A positive learning attitude that leaves big ego's at the door and remains curious.
• A desire to mentor more junior team members through knowledge sharing and inclusion.
