Position Information:

• Department: Human Services
• Full time position
• Full benefits position (medical, dental and life insurance; paid leave time; retirement plan)
• Located in Hot Sulphur Springs, CO
• Grade 105a, minimum rate = $35,553.56 annual; $18.23 per hour (pay may be higher DOQE)

Position Duties:
Determines initial eligibility, ongoing eligibility and case management for a variety of benefit programs including but not limited to: Health First Colorado (formerly Medicaid), Food Assistance, Colorado Works, Adult Financial and Long Term Care. Please see attached class specification for more details.

Position Requirements:
Equivalent to graduation from high school and two years of responsible office experience in a contemporary computerized environment, which included considerable public contact responsibilities; or a combination of training, education and experience that is equivalent. Must be able to pass background check.
