The Hexcel Early Career Program is a two-year rotational program that will partner you with exceptional professionals in the industry as you engage in complex and critical projects. The program recruits college graduates who demonstrate leadership ability and academic excellence. During this two-year program, participants will have diverse assignments lasting 12 months each.
Hexcel is currently seeking Early Career Engineers for our Salt Lake City, UT, USA location.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field. Preferred degrees: Bachelor or Master degree in Material Science, Chemical, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
- Displayed leadership potential
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as a team member
- Candidates must have less than 3 years of formal work experience (excluding intern & co-op experience)
- Must be willing and able to relocate, travel domestically and internationally
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter
