Job description

We are looking for an ecommerce fulfillment and sales associate for our children's boutique and website. This person will be fulfilling customer orders from our website and also assisting customers in store. This is a full time position with a flexible schedule (some weekend shifts may be required) and you will be working at our Mill Valley location.

Job Duties:

-Organize and prioritize orders based on customer order placement

-Pick and pack products to fulfill orders in a timely manner

-Assists in ensuring all outgoing shipments of products meet company standards

-Check-in incoming shipment from vendors

-Helping customers in store

Skills and Abilities:

-Computer knowledge required – Microsoft Word, Excel, working with PDFs

-Must work well under pressure.

-Must be able to learn tasks easily and quickly as it relates to computer usage

-Must have excellent attention to detail and great organization skillsAbility to work well in a team and solo environment Ability to meet strict deadlines

-Exceptional Customer Service and Strong Communication Skills

-At least 1 year of sales experience

-An ability to share valuable, well-researched information with our customers.

-Inventory management and merchandising experience is a plus but not a requirement
