Job Description:
Package items in the most efficient way for the customer and the E-Comm department. Answers customer emails on orders. Refers customer emails to management as needed. Maintain store records and monitors shipping.
Education/Experience:
High school education or the equivalent with courses in simple bookkeeping, accounting, business, law, etc. Prefer experience with Internet and digital camera. Must have a pleasing personality, be well-groomed and create a favorable impression on those he or she meets. Must have full knowledge of bookkeeping, inter-net and accounting to maintain sales records and reports incidental to store operations. Must be a person with excellent character references and a well-developed sense of responsibility. Must be bondable.
