E-commerce Manager – Mark & Graham and Rejuvenation Canada

As E-commerce Manager for Canada, your role is to execute online & digital marketing business initiatives to increase overall website revenue, website conversion and customer engagement on site. As the E-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for advocating and driving strategic priorities to improve the customer experience for Mark & Graham and Rejuvenation’s Canada sites.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Launch M&G and Rejuvenation websites in Canada
  • Manage all aspects of site experience and enhancements – product builds, creative uploads, major site builds, and new site initiatives.
  • Develop strategies to achieve sales and gross margin goals with Global Merchants.
  • Be an advocate for the Canadian market, demonstrating a local understanding by keeping abreast of marketing trends, consumer trends and customer service issues.
  • Owns the site marketing & promotional strategy, briefs, creative development, coding and deployment.
  • Oversees daily site maintenance: work with all pertinent parties to establish site stability, site changes, problem troubleshooting, escalation, and resolution.
  • Liaison to technology for all site changes and eCommerce technical issues.
  • Interface with eTechnology Project Managers on release management with UAT/QA for new enhancements within CMS and front end.
  • Actively ensure that user experience and site navigation maintain ease of use and is customer friendly in accordance with established guidelines and best practices.
  • Provide daily, weekly, monthly reporting that analyze eCommerce KPI’s and other site data to identify, size and prioritize areas for improvement.
  • Train and develop 2 direct reports.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with other team members, corporate partners in the US and Singapore and with other merchants and partners around the world.

Qualifications

  • 5-6 yrs eCommerce Merchandising experience required.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Previous experience working for a lifestyle retail brand would be highly desirable.
  • Strong business acumen and financial proficiency, analytical and business planning skills
  • Proven ability to interface with business as well as technical teams.
  • Advanced Excel skills required
  • Strong people-development skills needed.
  • Strong web analytics experience required.
  • Basic HTML knowledge highly preferred.
  • Experience using Adobe Analytics highly preferred.

The expected starting pay range for this position is $91,580 - $110,000. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to competitive pay, compensation may include a variety of other components like benefits, paid time off, merit, and bonus opportunities.
