Job description
A Staffing Agency in Palatine, IL is looking for hardworking individuals, A team player, and serious Applicants ready to work as a DSP (Direct Support Professional) in CILA homes in Mundelein.
Apart from caring for individuals with intellectual disability; Applicants most be able and willing to drive the individuals to their various appointments and outing.
There will be a six months probation period for this position. Qualified applicants without a DSP certificate will be trained and certified by the agency. (THIS IS A PAID DSP CERTIFICATION TRAINING)
The starting pay is $17/hour. (Wage will increase to $18/hr after the first year on the job) NOTE THAT THIS JOB IS A CONTRACT JOB. THE EMPLOYEE WILL BE PAID ON A "1099" BASIS. THAT MEANS NO TAX WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE BIWEEKLY WAGES.
