Job Description
The Driver Captain is responsible for coordinating the personnel, processes, and workflow of all delivery drivers routed in the captain?s geographic area. This role is critical to ensuring that IGF achieve and maintain high standards in customer service and product integrity upon delivery. The Driver Captain works as a member of a team that includes driver dispatchers, other regional captains, and the Fleet Captain.
