Join the award winning Lorien Bel Air Team as a Driver and experience first-hand, why we are more than a nursing home and assisted living company! The van driver comes in when we have a doctor's appointment. They will also be responsible for Trips on Wednesdays. That includes shopping, scenic trips, lunch outs, and any other event off the facility. They are also responsible for keeping the vehicles clean and taking the vehicle to the repair shop.

Compensation

• Starting $14 / hour
• Same Day Pay!

Requirements

• Must be at least 25 years old with clean driving record.
• Drive residents to and from doctor's appointments, stores and outings.
• Completing work and repair orders in a timely fashion
• Performing routine preventive maintenance inside and outside of the building
• Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
• Carpentry experience, preferred
• Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
• Must have the ability to handle a physical workload
• Light plumbing experience
• Light electrical experience
• Must be detail-oriented, highly-motivated, and a self-starter
• Enthusiastic
• Protect residents by adhering to infection control and isolation procedures and following reporting procedures
