ROLE SUMMARY:

The Driver’s primary role is to transport guests to local destinations as assigned. They also will assist in running errands as needed.:

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Safe and time-adherent operation of company vehicles, primarily for transporting team members to and from Goldener Hirsch.:

Attentive maintenance of vehicles as required.:

Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all hotel and departmental policies and procedures.:

Maintain knowledge of:

Scheduled activities and pick-ups/drop-off times, including last-minute changes.:

Features and services of the hotel:

Hours of operation of all on-site amenities:

Assist passengers into and out of the shuttle.:

Communicate clearly with the Front Office Team with regard to location, status, and schedules.:

Complete errands/deliveries for guests and managers as necessary.:

QUALIFICATIONS:

A genuine affinity for interacting meaningfully and positively with others.:

Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, co-workers, and management. :

Valid Utah driver’s license.:

Excellent driving record.:

Prior customer service experience.:

Ability to understand and communicate effectively in English. :

Professional, polished service, focused on exceeding expectations and attention to detail.:

SKILLS:

Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow-through, courtesy, cooperation, and work with a minimum of supervision.:

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
