Donor Tracking/Data Entry (Santa Clara/San Jose)
Job description
We are a faith-based nonprofit organization located in Santa Clara. We are looking for a long-term, efficient, highly accurate and organized full-time person to work with our Donor Relations and Accounting team.
Qualifications:
- Experience with donor receipting and tracking.
- Skilled in Word and Excel. DonorPerfect a plus but will train.
- Must be proficient in multi-tasking and have good organizational skills.
- Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in data entry.
- A team player who works well with coworkers.
Duties: (Will include but will not be limited to)
- Donor receipting and database management.
- Creating specialized reports on donor activity.
