Job description

Busy San Diego law firm is seeking a mailroom clerk, document scanner/manager and calendar clerk.

This position requires attention to detail, data entry, ability to work independently, ability to meet daily time deadlines, accuracy, conscientiousness, and working with a large volume of incoming data daily.

All mail and faxes received in office are scanned, named, and saved into case files. All incoming and outgoing emails are named and saved to correct case file.

This individual will be responsible for correctly and accurately calendaring events and meetings for 26 employees.

A personable fast learner with perfectionist tendencies is a plus. The individual will also serve as reception for those who visit our office and should have a professional and friendly manner.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • San Diego, CA 92101: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
