Responsible for the oversight and providing workflow direction and training to the department responsible for scanning all documents into the company’s imaging system. Perform all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates. Target pay range for this position is $19.00-$24.00 an hour.

What you do:

• Monitors the flow of work through the document imaging department and assigns projects to staff.
• Trains new staff on the use of imaging or data entry equipment, and ensures that output meets company standards.
• Tracks project status and provides progress reports to customers or management as needed.
• Prepare documents for scanning by removing staples, paperclips, post-it notes and any other items that may get caught in the scanner.
• Prepare a head sheet for each batch of documents to scan.
• Review the scanned images for accuracy and clarity.
• Ensure documents have been saved correctly.
• Review and scan incoming mail and deliver through the document repository system to appropriate departments.
• Ensure the company’s privacy and document confidentiality guidelines are upheld at all times
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
  

What you need:

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Two to four (2-4) years of document imaging experience.
