Job description
We are currently seeking a talented Document Control Specialist who wants to join a dynamic and experienced team and take their technical knowledge to the next level in our mission of excellence.- Process ECOs/ECNs, update data in SAP and other document management systems
- Process work order instruction sheets, modification authorizations
- Create kitting documents, and travelers, and track approval status and proof of implementation
- Coordinate with various departments including engineering, planning, purchasing, training, quality, and CAD to facilitate configuration control for parts and documents.
- Experience in electronic document management and PLM systems (Waypoint, Documentum, Windchill)
- Experience in SAP.
- Demonstrated time management skills.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to reprioritize quickly based on the needs of the company.
