Job description
We are currently seeking a talented Document Control Specialist who wants to join a dynamic and experienced team and take their technical knowledge to the next level in our mission of excellence.
In your new role you will:
  • Process ECOs/ECNs, update data in SAP and other document management systems
  • Process work order instruction sheets, modification authorizations
  • Create kitting documents, and travelers, and track approval status and proof of implementation
  • Coordinate with various departments including engineering, planning, purchasing, training, quality, and CAD to facilitate configuration control for parts and documents.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
  • Experience in electronic document management and PLM systems (Waypoint, Documentum, Windchill)
  • Experience in SAP.
  • Demonstrated time management skills.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to reprioritize quickly based on the needs of the company.
