Accountability: Lebanon Dock Manager / Processing Director
Status: Full Time; Non-Exempt
Purpose: To serve people coming to donate items or pick up purchases at our docks
Qualifications:
- Supervisory experience
- Ability to relate well with people
- Good organizer
- Mature individual
- Willing to adhere to Jubilee’s Mission Statement, Core Values, Statement of Beliefs, Position Statements, and Employee Code of Conduct
Working Conditions/Physical Factors: Occasionally= 1-33% Frequently= 34-66% Continuously= 67%-100%
- Lifting- Continuously
- Lifting large/heavy items- Frequently
- On Feet- Walking/Standing/Assisting Customers- Continuously
- Working Outside- Continuously
- Interacting with Customers/Donors- Continuously
- Use of pallet jack- Occasionally
Duties:
- Assist in the receiving of donations at Lebanon Dock.
- Assist in the loading of sold items into customer vehicles.
- Assist in sorting of donated product.
- Supervise and assist in other dock operations as time allows and as directed by manger.
- Keep area around dock clean of trash and organized.
- Assist in keeping dock areas safe and accessible during wintertime.
- Participate in staff meetings and team activities.
- Other duties as assigned.
